The facility is situated on a total land area of 8,000 $m^2$, with a strategic building footprint covering 40% of the site (3,200 $m^2$ per floor) to balance infrastructure with essential site access and logistics.

Concept & Schematic Design: Establishing the architectural identity and functional clinical zoning.

Tender Documentation: Preparation of comprehensive Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure precise project costing and execution.
