Project Brief:
This proposal covers the provision of qualified BIM Coordination manpower to support the Afreximbank African Trade Center, HQ Buildings, and Executive Residence Project. Diar shall supply two experienced engineers to act as BIM Coordinators, supporting the Client's project team in managing, coordinating, and reviewing multi-disciplinary BIM models throughout the project duration.
Project Objective:
• To provide experienced BIM Coordination resources to support the project's BIM and engineering activities.
• To ensure effective coordination between Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines.
• To support the identification, tracking, and resolution of BIM coordination issues.
• To maintain model consistency and compliance with agreed BIM standards and project requirements.
Scope Of Work:
Diar shall provide two (2) BIM Coordinators, each with a minimum of five (5) years of experience, assigned as follows:
•One (1) MEP BIM Coordinator
•One (1) Architectural BIM Coordinator
The BIM Coordinators shall be responsible for supporting BIM coordination activities across all project components.
