SIDPEC (Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Company (SIDPEC)
is a leading Egyptian petrochemical company, known as the first, integrated major petrochemical producer in Egypt. Based in Alexandria) intended to develop a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant located in El Amerya, Alexandria. In this context, Diar Consulting Group has been invited to undertake the engineering services and cost estimation for the project.
General Project Information
SIDPEC is planning to establish a new cogeneration (CHP) power plant to enhance energy efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Korra has expressed its interest in entering into an exclusive cooperation agreement with Diar Consulting Group under a pre-bid arrangement. This collaboration aims to support the project under an EPCM framework (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management).
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, at a minimum, the following:
1. Bidding Phase
- Perform engineering and cost estimation for all project packages
- Exclusion:
1. Gas Turbine (GT) package
2. Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) package
