Project Brief:
King Fahd Sports City Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium and the main stadium of the sports city in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The stadium is currently closed for reconstruction, which will expand its capacity to approximately 70,200 seats by 2026.
Scope of Work:
The project scope involves providing site supervision services for the mechanical and electrical systems, including low-current systems, at the King Fahd International Stadium in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The objective is to oversee construction works, verify compliance with approved Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, specifications, codes, and standards, and ensure that all mechanical and electrical works are delivered to the required quality and safety standards.
The supervision services will cover:
-Mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and associated mechanical works.
-Electrical L low-current systems: medium voltage, low voltage, lighting, grounding and earthing, fire alarm, BMS, security, data, and telecom systems.
