Project Brief:

The new Sherbin Central Hospital, Dakahlia Governorate, cost 1.7 billion Egyptian pounds and is scheduled for completion within 24 months under the supervision of the Ministry of Health.
This project is one of the governorate's largest land-based environmental projects. The hospital will provide medical services to surrounding villages and local communities, fill the existing gap in healthcare facilities, and provide dialysis, surgical, and cardiac units. It also includes an outpatient department, a pediatric department, and state-of-the-art residential rooms. This project is part of the Decent Life Initiative.

Scope of Work:
Core responsibilities included:
Project Planning & Control: Establishing a detailed project timeline, budget, and resource plan to guide the entire construction process.
Design & Quality Management: Reviewing and approving all architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Contract & Procurement Management
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the central point of communication, coordinating between the Ministry of Health, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to streamline decision-making.
