Project Brief:

Diar Consulting Group is engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) shop drawing and engineering support services for the South West Transport Hub and Parking Structure, a large-scale transport and parking development with an approx-imate total built-up area of 80,000 mš, comprising two basement levels and four superstructure floors. Diar's scope includes the preparation of fully coordinated MEP shop drawings developed to Level of Development (LOD) 400, suitable for construction and installation. The scope further covers the execution of all required design verification and system calculations, as well as detailed stress analysis for the chilled water piping network, to ensure system integrity, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and authority requirements. Diar's involvement aims to deliver a coordinated, technically robust, and construction-ready MEP package that supports ežcient site execution and minimizes design and coordination risks during construction.

Project Objectives:
•Develop coordinated and constructible LOD 400 MEP shop drawings aligned with pro¡ect design intent and site constraints.
•Verify system performance and compliance through comprehensive engineering calculations.
•Ensure the structural and operational integrity of the chilled water piping system through detailed stress analysis.
•Minimize clashes, RFIs, and site modifications through early and effective multidisciplinary coordination.
•Support smooth construction execution by delivering clear, accurate, and authority-compliant documentation.

Scope of Work:
-MEP Shop Drawings (LOD 400).
-Calculations and Design Review Diar shall perform and provide the required design verification calculations based on the contractor's shop drawings, equipment selections, and finalized layouts.
-Performance of detailed stress analysis for the chilled water piping network in accordance with applicable codes and project conditions.
