Project Brief – Sukari Gold Mines Lubricants FacilityLocation: Marsa AlamClient: Sukari Gold MinesOverview:Sukari Gold Mines plans to establish a lubricants facility at Marsa Alam, which will be supplied with finished products from Shell’s existing facility.
The facility will support the mine’s operations by providing lubricants to the workshop area at three separate points for loading and unloading.
Facility Layout & Components· Workshop Storage Tanks:o Five tanks for different types of oil, including:
- Transmission oil
- Used oil
- Hydraulic oil
- Grease
o Tank capacities range from 20 to 40 tons
· Manifolds & Pumps:
- Four manifolds: two dedicated for service and two for fuel
- Supported by five pumps
- Associated piping, rods, and desks as detailed in the project table
