Project Brief:
The new Ashmoun (Delta) Central Hospital, affiliated with the Ministry of Health, began construction in 2023 at an estimated cost of approximately one and a half billion Egyptian pounds.
It covers large service areas in Ashmoun Center, its villages, and its affiliated local units. The hospital consists of five floors and a building area of 8,000 square meters, surrounded by comprehensive services. It has 272 beds, 186 beds, an intensive care unit, a burns department, and other facilities. It also has three full floors consisting of 56 dialysis rooms.
It also includes specialized operating rooms, a cardiac catheterization room, and 21 outpatient clinics. It is affiliated with the National Service Projects Authority.
Scope of Work:
Project Planning & Control: Establishing a detailed project timeline, budget, and resource plan to guide the entire construction process.
Design & Quality Management: Reviewing and approving all architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Contract & Procurement Management.
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the central point of communication, coordinating between the Ministry of Health, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to streamline decision-making.
