Project Brief:
Youssef El-Siddiq Hospital in Youssef El-Siddiq District, Fayoum Governorate. Youssef El-Siddiq Hospital is a new medical facility and a strong addition to the governorate's healthcare system.
The hospital will include 18 outpatient clinics, 5 operating rooms, an intensive care unit for cardiac, internal medicine, surgery, and burns, and 30 dialysis machines. The hospital, with a capacity of 200 beds, will be built on an area of 19,400 square meters at a cost of approximately 1.35 billion Egyptian pounds.
Probing work has begun, in preparation for the project's implementation phases, to serve the residents of Youssef El-Siddiq District.

Core responsibilities included:
Project Planning & Control: Establishing a detailed project timeline, budget, and resource plan to guide the entire construction process.
Design & Quality Management: Reviewing and approving all architectural, structural, and MEP designs to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Contract & Procurement Management
Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the central point of communication, coordinating between the Ministry of Health, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to streamline decision-making.
